Dust with a soft cloth and wipe up spills promptly so liquid does not sit on the oiled surface. Coasters and trivets help prevent rings and heat marks. Over time, a light refresh with a furniture wax or oil suited to natural wood keeps the finish smooth and the grain looking rich.

Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.

The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

Full-grain and exotic leathers: wipe dust with a dry cloth, condition every few months, and let wet boots dry away from direct heat. Exotic skins (python, ostrich, alligator) want a conditioner made for exotics — never saddle soap. Use a boot tree or stuff with paper to hold the shape.
