Starts pumping when water reaches 1-1/2" (within the current cycle, ≤20min delay) and continues until water drops below 2/5" again. After stopping, it pauses for 5 seconds before resuming detection. Full-grain and exotic leathers: wipe dust with a dry cloth, condition every few months, and let wet boots dry away from direct heat. Exotic skins (python, ostrich, alligator) want a conditioner made for exotics — never saddle soap. Use a boot tree or stuff with paper to hold the shape.
