Preparing for Installation
Holes for the faucet and drain are not cut by default. Send the faucet details, pipe size and the preferred sink position, and the artisans can make the openings during production. The cabinet arrives as separate pieces that you assemble into the finished unit.

Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

Full-grain and exotic leathers: wipe dust with a dry cloth, condition every few months, and let wet boots dry away from direct heat. Exotic skins (python, ostrich, alligator) want a conditioner made for exotics — never saddle soap. Use a boot tree or stuff with paper to hold the shape.
