Inspired by Old Wood
Vaelthorn draws on weathered roots and ancient timber. The base weaves through itself, leaving gaps that make the piece feel lighter than its material suggests. Above, the edge of the top follows a natural line rather than a straight cut, adding softness to a hallway or living room.

Skilled carvers shape each table from premium hardwood, then sand it and apply a durable protective coat. Grain and tone vary piece to piece. Pair it with floating shelves, a round mirror or nature-themed art, and top it with ceramics, a lamp or a few favorite books.

Yes. At 30 inches high and 14 to 16 inches deep, it works well behind a sofa as well as in entryways.

How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

Buyer pays return postage on change-of-mind returns; damaged, wrong or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full and we cover the postage. Full-grain and exotic leathers: wipe dust with a dry cloth, condition every few months, and let wet boots dry away from direct heat. Exotic skins (python, ostrich, alligator) want a conditioner made for exotics — never saddle soap. Use a boot tree or stuff with paper to hold the shape.
