Design
The base is carved as a continuous twist, so the stand seems to turn as you walk around it. That motion contrasts nicely with the calm, flat top, which gives you a practical surface for display. It looks equally good holding a trailing plant or simply standing on its own.
Craftsmanship
Shaping a spiral from solid hardwood takes patient hand work. Each stand is carved individually, then finished and polished to bring out the grain. Natural wood varies in grain and tone, so every pedestal has its own character.
Placement and care
Try it near a window, beside a sofa or in an entryway as a standalone accent. A pair of stands in different heights makes a nice grouping on either side of a fireplace. Use a saucer under potted plants and wipe the top dry after watering.

Yes, the top platform is made for plants, vases and sculpture. Place a waterproof saucer under any pot to protect the wood finish.
Which top size do I need?
Pick a top a little wider than the base of your pot or object. The tops range from 10 to 14 inches in diameter, and a custom size is available.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

Full-grain and exotic leathers: wipe dust with a dry cloth, condition every few months, and let wet boots dry away from direct heat. Exotic skins (python, ostrich, alligator) want a conditioner made for exotics — never saddle soap. Use a boot tree or stuff with paper to hold the shape.
