Wiring and Care
The lamp arrives wired and fitted with a bulb, but without a plug, so a plug suited to your outlet can be attached by an electrician. Natural wood varies in grain and tone, making each base unique. Dust the wood with a soft cloth and unplug before cleaning.

Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

Full-grain and exotic leathers: wipe dust with a dry cloth, condition every few months, and let wet boots dry away from direct heat. Exotic skins (python, ostrich, alligator) want a conditioner made for exotics — never saddle soap. Use a boot tree or stuff with paper to hold the shape.
