You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn pair in its original box (try them on indoors on carpet). Buyer pays return postage on change-of-mind returns; damaged, wrong or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full and we cover the postage. Full-grain and exotic leathers: wipe dust with a dry cloth, condition every few months, and let wet boots dry away from direct heat. Exotic skins (python, ostrich, alligator) want a conditioner made for exotics — never saddle soap. Use a boot tree or stuff with paper to hold the shape.
