Form Over Ornament

Each door is carved and assembled individually from selected hardwood chosen for grain, durability and tonal variation. The central panel is shaped for smooth transitions, and every edge and contour is finished by hand. Natural wood varies, so the grain pattern and color of your door will be unique to it.

The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

Full-grain and exotic leathers: wipe dust with a dry cloth, condition every few months, and let wet boots dry away from direct heat. Exotic skins (python, ostrich, alligator) want a conditioner made for exotics — never saddle soap. Use a boot tree or stuff with paper to hold the shape.
